Change the email or contact details for your Xero bill

If you're the subscriber, edit the contact or email details for your Xero bill in My Xero.

  1. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.

  2. Click the Subscriptions & Billing tab.

    You can also access your subscription options by clicking Subscription in the Settings menu, then clicking Manage Subscription to show the options in a new browser window.

  3. Find the account you want to change the email or contact details for, then click Edit billing account.

  4. Under Billing Contact, click Edit.

  5. Make your changes and click Continue.

  6. Check that your changes are correct and click Confirm.
