Delete a pool adjustment

If you have the Adviser user role, delete an adjustment to a pool made in error.

When can you delete a pool adjustment?

You can delete a pool adjustment if it affects depreciation for no more than 1 financial year. For example, if you've run depreciation for the year ended 30 June 2016, you can't delete an adjustment if it affects depreciation for the year ended 30 June 2015 or earlier.

If you want to delete an adjustment that affects 2 or more financial years, roll back depreciation first. Then you can delete it.

If you delete a pool adjustment dated before your tax reporting start date in Xero, you may need to adjust the pool's opening balance in Xero.
